How to contact Anchorage Chambers about your IVA

Anchorage Chambers lists a phone number and a WhatsApp number for customers. It also handles IVAs that moved to it from The IVA Advisor, so if your IVA began there, use the same contact details.

Getting your Anchorage Chambers completion certificate

After your last payment, the supervisor closes the IVA and issues the completion certificate. Request it in writing with your IVA reference, and keep the letter or email. It is also worth checking the Individual Insolvency Register under your own name, to see the IVA recorded as completed.

Checking your credit file and the register

Start with your statutory credit reports: Experian, Equifax and TransUnion must each give you one free. Check that your Anchorage Chambers IVA is marked as completed and that the debts in it reflect that.

If they don't, raise it with the agency, which must investigate and correct anything wrong, and attach your completion certificate. Look yourself up on the Individual Insolvency Register as well.
