How to contact J3 Debt Solutions about your IVA

J3's website gives two phone numbers. For email, its contact page sends you to a team: choose the IVA Client Team for an arrangement already in place.

Getting your J3 completion certificate

J3's IVA FAQs say the remaining unsecured debt is written off when all the terms of the IVA are met. Your supervisor issues the completion certificate once the final payment has been made and the IVA closed.

Email the IVA Client Team asking for written confirmation that your IVA has completed, and look yourself up on the Individual Insolvency Register to confirm the IVA is recorded as completed.

Checking your credit file and the register

Start with your statutory credit reports: Experian, Equifax and TransUnion must each give you one free. Check that your J3 IVA is marked as completed and that the debts in it reflect that.

If they don't, raise it with the agency, which must investigate and correct anything wrong, and attach your completion certificate. Look yourself up on the Individual Insolvency Register as well.
