How to contact McCambridge Duffy about your IVA

McCambridge Duffy keeps its existing-client line apart from the number it gives for new enquiries, so use the 028 number. Its contact page also links to the McCambridge Duffy Client IVA Portal and offers an email form.

Getting your McCambridge Duffy completion certificate

McCambridge Duffy's IVA FAQ says that on completion of your IVA you receive your completion certificate, and that the remaining debts included in the arrangement are then written off. If you are waiting for yours, contact the existing-client team.

Ask in writing, quote your IVA reference, and look yourself up on the Individual Insolvency Register to confirm the IVA is recorded as completed.

Checking your credit file and the register

Your credit file should show your McCambridge Duffy IVA as completed. Ask Experian, Equifax and TransUnion for your statutory credit report, which each must provide free, and check the IVA and the accounts it covered.

Where something is wrong, the agency must investigate and correct anything wrong; your completion certificate shows what should be recorded. A search of the Individual Insolvency Register confirms how your IVA is listed.
