Getting your MoneyPlus completion certificate
MoneyPlus says your IVA is not officially finished until you receive your Certificate of Completion, which your insolvency practitioner sends once satisfied that every term has been met. It says there is usually a three to six month period of housekeeping after the last payment, covering final payments to creditors, a final income review and administration, and that your IVA proposal should state how long the certificate takes.
If that time has passed, ask Customer Services in writing, quoting your IVA reference, and check the Individual Insolvency Register to see your IVA recorded as completed.

Start your Comeback PlanChecking your credit file and the register
Start with your statutory credit reports: Experian, Equifax and TransUnion must each give you one free. Check that your MoneyPlus IVA is marked as completed and that the debts in it reflect that.
If they don't, raise it with the agency, which must investigate and correct anything wrong, and attach your completion certificate. Look yourself up on the Individual Insolvency Register as well.
An IVA stays on your credit file for six years from the date it started, or until it ends if that is later. When does an IVA leave your credit file? explains more.
What's next: your Comeback Plan
Next comes your AfterMy Comeback Plan. Share the solution you finished, your key dates and your goals, and we take it from there. It isn't an application, and the plan itself won't affect your credit score. We're a credit broker, not a lender, and separate from MoneyPlus.
