Getting your Parker Philips completion certificate

Parker Philips publishes the standard IVA Protocol terms on its website. Under those terms, the supervisor issues a completion certificate within 28 days of all payments and obligations being met, and you are then released from the debts in the arrangement.

The terms that apply to you are the ones in your own agreed proposal. Ask for the certificate in writing with your IVA reference, and search your name on the Individual Insolvency Register to check the IVA shows as completed.

Checking your credit file and the register

Your credit file should show your Parker Philips IVA as completed. Ask Experian, Equifax and TransUnion for your statutory credit report, which each must provide free, and check the IVA and the accounts it covered.
