Getting your Knightsbridge completion certificate
Creditfix keeps customer documents in its app, so a certificate issued by Creditfix may be there already. If your IVA finished before it moved, the certificate came from the Knightsbridge supervisor named on your proposal; ask Creditfix first anyway, and hold on to any letters you have.
Ask in writing, quote your IVA reference, and check the Individual Insolvency Register to confirm the IVA is recorded as completed.

Start your Comeback PlanChecking your credit file and the register
Each of the three credit reference agencies, Experian, Equifax and TransUnion, must provide your statutory credit report free. Get all three once your Knightsbridge IVA has ended and check that the IVA shows as completed and the debts included in it are updated.
An agency must investigate and correct anything wrong, so send a copy of your completion certificate with any dispute. Check the Individual Insolvency Register under your name as well.
